It may not look pretty as other XBOX 360 Memory Adaptors but this little guy gets the job done.

 

You simply plug it into your XBOX 360 Memory card.  Then plug this guy into a USB port or USB extension cable.

 

Sure the other adaptors by Datel look nice, but they are $15 each plus shipping.  Mine are $5, if your on a budget, mine is the way to go.
